Description:  Software similarity tester for C programs

        The enclosed shar-archive contains a program that will detect
stretches in C-programs that look similar (or are just plain equal).
This is useful for finding "borrowed" soft-ware or for isolating
possible subroutines in large software systems.  It is very fast and
gives results.  We have been using it for about half a year now.
