Description:  An extention on xinetd.

xinetd was originally written by panos@cs.colorado.edu.

What this has over the previous release of xinetd:
1) gnu autoconf configure script
2) access control lists accept ranges of hosts specified in 1.2.3.4/30
   style syntax.

The extra version number is because the COPYRIGHT file of the original 
xinted specifically lays out rules for version numbers.
