Description:  An extention on xinetd.

xinetd was originally written by panos@cs.colorado.edu.

What this has over the previous release of xinetd:
1) Fixes the /tmp/xinetd.dump symlink problem pointed out on BugTraq

The extra version number is because the COPYRIGHT file of the original 
xinted specifically lays out rules for version numbers.
